Pavia acid etched glass is created through a special acid treatment process which is applied to either one or both sides of the glass, leaving a finished product with the characteristics of a soft surface, translucent and with a certain degree of opacity. The superior quality of the glass finishing process used by Vitro is highly acknowledged by the professional community and the industry in general.

New design techniques provide the opportunity to create innovative and unique spaces: be it architectural exteriors, interiors, decoration or furniture. Pavia offers a broad range of interesting applications.

The satin etched process of Pavia glass is available as a solid satin surface or in a variety of specialty designs and in a variety of thicknesses.

Acid etched glass is available in clear (single side or both sides etched), tinted and patterns.

Acid etched glass may be tempered or laminated to meet safety glazing requirements.
